The work of ministry belongs to the people of God, the parishioners of All Saints Parish. The Core Leadership Team (commonly called “staff”) cannot carry out all the needed ministry of the parish, nor should they. “Team” is a core value for our parish ministry. Strong parish life develops when the people take ownership and leadership in the life of the community.
Councils and leadership teams play vital roles in carrying out all these ministries. Some groups do not provide direct ministerial service, but create a vital infrastructure for ministry to be successful. These are the support teams and councils that form the bedrock of wisdom and infrastructure for our parish.
- The Parish Pastoral Council is an advisory council to the Pastoral Leader of the parish on major issues and pastoral issues.
- The Finance Council advises on matters financial.
- The Buildings and Grounds Council advised regarding the management and future plans of facilities.
- The Stewardship/Fund the Mission Team facilitates and promotes the sharing of time, talent, and treasure of parishioners for the building up of the Kingdom of God.
